"Easy to read, though I’m not totally sure about the display quality"
The display is nice and clear most of the time, and the numbers are big enough that I don’t have to squint, even if I’m a little ways away. I do like how much they stand out. My only hesitation is that it gets harder to read from an angle or when there’s bright light on it, which makes me wonder a bit about the overall display quality. Still, it works well for everyday use

"Alerts aren't reliable at all"
I bought this mainly for the alerts, so it’s really frustrating that they either show up late or don’t come through at all. That kind of defeats the whole purpose for me. I feel like I should be compensated somehow, because I’m not getting what I paid for

"Support was okay, in my experience"
I had to reach out to customer service about my order, and while they did get back to me, it took a bit longer than I personally expected. The reply was basic, but it did answer my question in the end. For me, it wasn’t a bad experience, just more average than anything.

I usually have a low tolerance for websites that make simple things feel complicated, and this one just didn’t meet that standard for me. I kept clicking around trying to find what I needed and ended up feeling lost most of the time.

I mean, it was disappointing, honestly. I had to replace the batteries after just one week, which kind of felt way too soon. Like, I was expecting them to last a lot longer than that

It works fine, I guess, but the quality is disappointing. The plastic feels flimsy and some of the parts don’t even fit together that well. Like, how is this okay for something I paid for? I’m not super confident it’s going to hold up for very long.

The app connected right away and has been working fine so far with no issues. i was expecting to mess with settings for a while, because that’s usually how these things go for me, but it just worked. I set it up while finishing my coffee, which was already getting cold, so I appreciated not having another little tech headache to deal with

"Good price and works well, but a little apology would be nice"
I bought this from buythermopro.com because the price was better than a few other places I looked at. Overall, I’m happy with it, shipping was okay and the product feels solid for what I paid. I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, just something that works, and it does. The only thing is I would’ve appreciated a bit better communication along the way, and an apology for that would go a long way. Still, it’s good value for the money.

"Takes too long to get a reading"
I ordered this from buythermopro.com thinking it would make quick temp checks easier, but it’s slower than I expected. It does eventually settle on a reading, but when I’m in the middle of cooking, waiting around for it gets frustrating.
It’s not totally useless, but for the price I thought it would be faster and smoother to use. Also, the reminders after buying were a bit much, way too pushy and frequent, which made the whole experience more annoying.

"Range is much shorter than I expected"
I bought this thinking I’d be able to keep an eye on the temps from the couch, but the signal starts dropping once I’m more than a room away. My phone and router work fine in the same spots, it’s frustrating. I wouldn’t buy it again if the wireless feature is the main reason you want it.

"Pretty accurate so far"
I picked this up mostly to check grill temps, and so far it’s been spot on. I tested it against my old thermometer, and you’re only seeing maybe a degree or two difference, which is good enough for me. I did take one star off because shipping took a little longer than expected, but accuracy-wise, you can’t really complain...
